Detailed Record History
Item, donor, and bidder records all keep a detailed history of the changes made to those records. The user making the change and the time of the change are all recorded.
You can access this information from the History tab of the item/donor/bidder page.
If you change a field on the Item Details tab, it is reflected on the History tab immediately.
Two reports are available for reviewing any changes made to your auction. These are available under the Audit tab of the Report Center page.
The All record changes report shows any changes made across any of the records fields. Please note, this can quickly add up to a large number of rows.
The Deletion report shows all records you have deleted from the auction.
