This video will show how to add a new auction to your organization.
Note, that if you only have a lite license you will not be able to add a second event.
To create an auction, click Organization from the main navigation. If you have many organizations, make sure you are working in the correct organization account.
On the Organization window, click Add Auction.
If the Add Auction button appears grayed out and you can't click on it, you may not have the administrator privileges needed to access this function.
The Add Auction window will appear. Enter the name and date for the auction and click Add Auction.
Copy an existing auction
To copy information such as donors, bidders from an existing auction, click the Copy Auction hyperlink.
The Copy Auction window will appear.
Be sure that you are logged in to the auction that you want to copy.
Enter a name and date for the new auction and select the information that you want to copy.
Click Copy Auction.
The auction you just created now appears on the Auction list for the organization.
To access the Auction list, click Organization, then under Actions, click All Auctions.
