Send Bidder Statements

For online auctions, you have the option to email a statement to the bidder with a payment link or you can prepare a printed statement to mail to the bidder with payment instructions.

The first step is to customize the statement to include the information and options you want.

Customize Content

On the Bidder Dashboard, select Statements.

Statement Options

You can customize common Statement Options to include item values; show tax deductible; show bidder #; a Statement cut-off start time.
You can also set Payment Options including the online payment link.

If you have Connect Your Account and you want to email statements to bidders with a hyperlink that allows them to pay their outstanding balance online by credit card, then select Include payment link.

This link is personalized to each bidder and will take them to their online account page.  Here a bidder can view their statement details and also pay the outstanding balance by credit card.

To further customize Statements, select the Email Bidder, Print Statements or Text Statements
